XRshop reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transport at any given time, taking into account destination, volume, kilos, carrier response or availability.
All international orders placed on XRshop will go through the import customs of your country , where you will be responsible for paying customs fees and/or local taxes and duties.
Shipping costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for products are within the following range:
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra: From €0 to €6.9 for orders up to €100. Free shipping for orders over €100, except for certain items from the manufacturer NWS, which due to their size and weight will have a shipping cost of €25.
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Autonomous Cities: Shipping costs will be provided based on distance and weight in the shopping cart on the website.
Shipping to Spain and Europe:
The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs.
- Delivery times to mainland Spain are 24/48 hours if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. on working days.
- Delivery times for the Balearic Islands are 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery times for the Canary Islands are 4 to 6 business days.
- Delivery times for Ceuta and Melilla are 4 to 6 business days.
- Delivery times for Europe are 2 to 4 business days.
Except in exceptional cases, they are not delivered on weekends.

VAT for the Canary Islands
XRshop ships to the Canary Islands. If you place an order from the Canary Islands, the order amount will be shown with 21% VAT and this will be credited to you at the time of purchase. However, you may be required to pay local taxes when the product passes through customs.
International Shipping:

Procedure for Claiming a Product Damaged in Shipping

Customs and taxes
At XRshop , we are not responsible for any customs duties , import duties, taxes or other charges that may apply to international orders.
Orders in the EU: Our products include VAT, which must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase. If you need an invoice, we can send one to you.
Orders outside the EU: It is important to note that any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary depending on the value and nature of the products and must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.

Risks and Losses: XRshop is not responsible for problems during customs clearance or international transport, such as delays, delays or loss of shipments. In these cases, the customer assumes the corresponding responsibility, and no refunds will be made for the amount of the order.
If the customer refuses delivery of a package, they will still be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees incurred during shipping.
