Optimize your nylon prints with the industrial adhesive Magigoo Pro PA, a professional solution specifically formulated for polyamide filaments. Designed to completely eliminate warping or thermal deformation, this product acts as a copolymeric aqueous dispersion matrix with high chemical stability. Its technical composition ensures firm and secure adhesion throughout the high-temperature additive manufacturing process, preventing failures in complex parts and drastically reducing material waste.
The main competitive advantage of this adhesive for PA filament lies in its dynamic thermal behavior. While the hot bed of your 3D printer remains at working temperature, nylon parts stay perfectly anchored to the glass or magnetic surface. Once the work is finished and the platform cools down, the adhesion properties naturally decrease, allowing for clean, effortless removal without the risk of damaging the print surface or the base of the part itself. Additionally, as it is a soluble compound, residues are easily removed using only running water. Turn polyamide printing into a predictable, efficient process with industrial quality finishes.
Key features
- Zero physical deformation: Specifically designed to neutralize high nylon shrinkage stresses and prevent corners from lifting off the bed.
- Thermal release technology: Offers maximum grip with the hot bed and extremely easy part separation once the platform cools down.
- Clean and safe formula: Water-based solution not classified as a hazardous mixture under CLP regulations, free of flammable solvents and without unpleasant odors in the workshop.
- Effortless maintenance: Residue accumulated on the printer surface is easily cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth or water.
- Homogeneous application: Its integrated applicator system allows a thin and even layer to be spread over the print area, maximizing the performance of the 50 ml bottle.

Product advantages
Unlike generic lacquers or conventional painter's tapes, Magigoo Pro PA has been developed through chemical engineering focused on polyamide. This means its components interact at a molecular level with the hot nylon filament, providing a much superior holding force than standard glues. As it contains no toxic additives or hazardous volatile solvents, it can be safely used in enclosed environments, offices, or educational centers with regular ventilation. Its concentrated 50 ml format yields dozens of applications, reducing operational costs per printed part and ensuring exact reproducibility in industrial production runs.
Ideal for
-
Engineering and industry professionals: who need to print mechanical components, gears, or functional prototypes in nylon with total dimensional stability.
-
Professional 3D printer users: who use polyamide filaments (PA6, PA12, or variants loaded with carbon or glass fiber) and seek predictable results from the first layer.
-
Digital manufacturing workshops: who want to reduce post-processing times and avoid costly damage or breakage to the glass beds of their printing equipment.
FAQ
How is Magigoo Pro PA adhesive applied correctly?
For maximum effectiveness, shake the container well, press the applicator tip against the clean, cold print bed to release the fluid, and spread a thin, even layer over the area where the part will be manufactured. Then, set the recommended thermal parameters for your nylon filament.
Is any chemical solvent required to clean the print bed after printing?
No, not at all. As it is an aqueous dispersion, the adhesive is completely soluble. Simply wipe with a damp cloth or remove the platform and wash it directly under the tap to remove any residue.
Is it safe to use this product in enclosed or office spaces?
Yes, it is completely safe under normal conditions of use. The product is not classified as a hazardous substance according to the CLP regulation, has no explosive or self-igniting properties, and emits an extremely weak and characteristic odor that does not compromise health in regularly ventilated rooms.
Can I remove the nylon part immediately after printing?
It is strongly recommended to wait for the printer's heated bed to cool down completely. The adhesion force of this product drastically decreases as the temperature drops, which helps the part to detach almost by itself and prevents accidental deformations to the base of the hot plastic object.
What should I do if the glue accidentally comes into contact with my skin or eyes?
As a general rule, the product does not cause skin irritation. If it comes into contact with skin, simply wash with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse carefully with plenty of running water for several minutes and remove contact lenses if you wear them and it is easy to do so. If discomfort persists, consult a doctor.
